As interpreters, your work demands sharp focus, emotional balance, and mental endurance. This interactive webinar offers practical, science-informed tools to help you stay grounded, energized, and mentally agile – especially during long, high-stakes. You'll explore gentle, movement-based activities and simple self-care techniques.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and apply focus and memory support strategies to reduce mental strain, improve information retention, and sustain accuracy during interpreting assignments.
  • Demonstrate energy-management and hydration techniques to support mental stamina, reduce fatigue, and maintain quality performance during interpreting assignments throughout the day.
  • Apply transition techniques between assignments to reset attention, shift modes effectively, and approach each new interpreting task with clarity.

ASL interpretation will be provided!
