Cross-Cultural Communications (CCC) offers live, virtual Training of Trainers (TOT) programs that license trainers to teach CCC’s medical, community, and legal interpreting courses, as well as cultural competence programs. Open to both individuals and organizational representatives, the training equips you with the tools and support to confidently train the next generation of interpreters.

Our team works with organizations of all sizes to assess their specific needs and create customized training for staff interpreters or volunteers, including Training of Trainers programs.
Research shows that qualified interpreters can significantly reduce errors, improve service quality, and increase satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders. Training also helps lower costs, reduce liability, and improve outcomes — whether it’s decreasing hospital readmission rates in healthcare, improving student outcomes in education, expanding access to critical services in government, or optimizing service delivery in other sectors.
