With over 20 years of experience as a professional interpreter in medical and social service settings, Luis Hernandez Vazquez brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and cultural insight to the language access field. He holds dual national certifications as a Certified Healthcare Interpreter (CHI) and through the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI), and he is currently pursuing certification as a court interpreter.

Luis is the Founder and CEO of InterLingua Pro International, LLC., a leading interpreting services provider headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. A native Spanish speaker, he completed his Trainer-of-Trainers (TOT) program for The Community Interpreter® International in April 2025 and is honored to bring this comprehensive curriculum to interpreters across North Carolina, the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
