Natalia is a bilingual leader with 20+ years of experience working on educational programs at a national and international level. She facilitates, leads and coordinates the Orange County Department of Education Multilingual Consortium, an exceptionally qualified professional network to support high quality translation and interpretation services for Orange County Schools and their surroundings. Natalia is passionate about language and culture. She obtained her bachelors in Biology in Ecuador, and a Masters in Science from the Universidad Politécnica del Litoral also in Ecuador. She was raised in Ecuador, she lived in Germany, and actually, she resides in Orange County. She provides services and consultations to assist in the development and implementation of networks, leadership and building capacity among multicultural staff at a national and international level. Natalia is the main contact for the "Interpreters and Translators Conference, Connecting Cultures Through Effective Interpretation and Translation".
