Erika Shell Castro is the Director of Language Services at CulturaLink. She has 20 years experience in Language Services. She built the Language Services Department at OhioHealth where she managed Language Services for 4 hospitals for 5 years. She was recruited by Language Access Network now known as Martti to build the Language Services Department. Ultimately she was promoted to VP of Language Services and was responsible for 6 centers across the US, the training and QA departments. Erika serves on the NCIHC board and was the Language Access Champion in 2016. Erika has trained thousands of interpreters over the last 17 years through both BTG and The Community Interpreter.
