Michelle Menard is the Founder and CEO of Choice Translating, Inc., a leading translating and interpreting services provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC offering language services in 200 languages, 24/7/365. A native French speaker, Michelle was completed CCHCP’s Bridging the Gap – Training of Trainers course in 1997 and the Cultural Competency in Healthcare – Training of Trainer’s course in 1999. Michelle has provided Choice Translating’s custom interpreter training programs and has been training interpreters for more than 15 years. Michelle completed her TOT program for The Community Interpreter® in November 2015 and is honored to bring this comprehensive curriculum to interpreters in North Carolina.
