Betzabe H. Turner, editor, interpreter and translator, born and raised in Lima, Peru; attended K-12 bilingual schools. Management, Business Administration (human resources) graduate, Sacred Heart University, San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was a human resources executive for AT&T and NCR Corporation of Puerto Rico for many years. Since moving in 2002 from Madrid, Spain, to Ashland, Oregon, she has been qualified as an Oregon Certified Court Interpreter (Certification # 04266), translator, and interpreting instructor. She is a Licensed Associate Trainer (CI-000187-01) of The Community Interpreter, International Edition, Professional Training for Community Interpreters.
