Dr. Tricia Reagan is the founder and CEO of Syncroz Language Solutions, a company focused on making communication accessible across languages. A longtime Spanish interpreter and advocate, she launched Syncroz after seeing how language barriers limit access to services and opportunities. Her work is grounded in the belief that language access is essential to dignity, and today her company supports organizations with interpreting and translation in over 300 languages, including ASL.
Alongside her business, Dr. Reagan has taught Spanish at Randolph-Macon College for nearly two decades and writes about Latin American culture, migration, and human rights. Her academic and professional work share a common goal: ensuring everyone has the ability to communicate and be heard. In her free time, she enjoys family time, travel, reading, fitness, and Latin music.
