Cynthia is a licensed trainer through Cross-Cultural Communications providing the 40-hour foundational training program for incoming medical, community, and educational interpreters. She has also delivered numerous local presentations and training sessions on topics directly related to interpreter services in the healthcare setting.
Cynthia is an executive director for a nonprofit organization in the Twin Cities Metro area. She has over 24 years of experience in the language access industry and is currently developing programs for a recovery community organization that supports language access needs. Cynthia obtained her Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on nonprofit management and leadership from St. Cloud State University.
