Helen Eby has been training with The Community Interpreter since 2013. Her graduates have stood out as professionals who interpret competently, respecting the autonomy of the people they interpret for, and who understand that as professionals they must act within the scope of their qualifications. In 2015, it was an honor for Gaucha TI to host the first Trainer of Trainers for The Community International in Oregon, with 20 trainers in attendance. Helen looks forward to seeing much better language access in Oregon thanks to these excellent trainers.
