To read ebooks offline, the recommended device is the Apple iPad.
First, open the app store from your iPad. Search for and then download the "iPublishCentral Reader."
Open the iPublish Central Reader. Connect to the "Cross-Cultural Communications" library from within the Reader app.
Log in using your existing user name and password (the same one you set up at cultureandlanguagepress.net).
You will now be able to sync downloadable versions of the ebooks to read on your iPad.
